As an Operations Analyst , you will have the opportunity to be part of our Kiwibot U Program , a 3 to 6-month program designed to teach young Colombian talent how to successfully implement a last mile delivery solution and give them their first work experience in a tech startup. Location: Medellin, Colombia, United States, Middle East, or Asia. The program is a theoretical-practical (20/80) experience, helping you understand the traits needed to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment like Kiwibot. The program includes: 1. Introduction to Kiwibot and training (1-3 weeks) 2. On-field intensive training (15-20 weeks) 3. Internal support (5-8 weeks) 4. Experience debriefing (1-2 weeks) 5.
