Position Overview: The Service Dispatcher plays a key role in handling customer inquiries, coordinating service requests, and dispatching technicians efficiently. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with service requests. Dispatch service technicians (plumbing, HVAC, electric) based on location, availability, and urgency. Adjust schedules and processes quickly to meet operational needs. Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring timely service and resolution. De-escalate customer concerns professionally. Lead assigned projects, ensuring timely execution. Qualifications: Experience in a dispatching role (home services, logistics, or similar preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent schedule adjustments. Proficiency in scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus). Nice-to-Haves: Customer service experience in a home services-related industry. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other dispatch management software.
