Among many others, our global clients include: - Fender - Louis Vuitton - Oakley **Job Purpose**: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the ConfigureID team, which will be a key role in elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases and ensuring these ties directly back to business objectives **In this role you'll get to**: - Analyze and document new and existing business processes to validate a solution that supports project objective(s) - Develop and manage detailed business and functional requirements - Provide platform-based recommendations for site enhancements - Document user stories/use cases to support the development - Demonstrate a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA, PjM and Client - Map specification and wireframes to illustrate UX/UI interactions - Facilitate cross-functional meetings to capture requirements - Manage business-related issues and action item resolution - Develop process modeling to illustrate end state solution - Collaborate with clients, project managers, designers, developers, and QA to gather all the information required to successfully define the project scope - Collaborate in the Pre-sales process to create and develop proposals for new customers **Your skills and qualifications**: - 2+ years of experience as a Business analyst or a similar IT role - Practical knowledge of SDLC - Experience in maintaining communication between the business and the team - Experience as a product owner/proxy product owner - Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies - Experience gathering and documenting business rules and requirements - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Fluent English - Upper-Intermediate writing and speaking skills - Knowledge in Elicitation techniques - Knowledge in Modeling and diagramming - Experience creating Business, Functional and Non-functional requirements - Development of use-cases and user-stories - Experience creating specification documents/technical wireframes - Experience with risk management - Experience in working with US, UK, European customers - Knowledge of software implementation process and workflow - Relevant experience across retail and e-commerce - Good understanding of any of the e-commerce platforms - Experience with the creation of user stories - Backlog Management and prioritization - Experience with estimation based on story points **What we offer in return**: - Medical insurance - Dynamic startup environment with lots of growth opportunities - Interesting and varied challenges - Opportunity to manage relationships with leading global brands like Puma, Michael Kors, Luxottica, Nixon, and Ralph Lauren LI-MP1 L1-REMOTE
