Main Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting and fixing P1/P2 global incidents - Providing on-call support as needed - Assisting in monitoring LAN/WAN performance to ensure integrity and performance - Submitting Change Management Requests (CRQs) to support network carrier maintenance requests - Monitoring and reporting network problems according to published Service Level Agreements Requirements: - Years of Experience: 3+ years of network monitoring experience - Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (preferred) - Tools: SolarWinds Orion and BMC Remedy (Incident, Problem and Change Management) - Certifications: CCNA (preferred) - Languages: Proficient in written and spoken English Benefits: As a Network Operations Center Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.
