About the Role This is not a customer service position. This is a true sales role. You’ll handle warm inbound leads, follow up with potential clients after consultations, and close contracts with clarity, empathy, and conviction. You’ll need to identify client needs (sometimes before they do), build trust quickly, and confidently guide them to take action that will change their lives.
