About The Job The Business Analyst plays a key role in assisting in the operationalization of business, process, and/or system changes across training curriculums, training delivery, quality assurance and reporting. As a Business Analyst, You Will… Support streamlining data collection and data reporting to serve the Insights needs of IntouchCX and its clients Design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions Provide insights to Ops department on the trends, values, and attributes that emerge from the reports and analyses done Support research projects, ad-hoc analyses and client-specific inquiries from a data/business analytics perspective Identify opportunities to analyze and slice and dice the different data sources available Use data to explain the root cause behind issues As a Business Analyst, You Need… Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or other relevant technical fields At least 3 years of working experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role Fluent written and spoken English Experience in data analysis with statistical methods and tools Strong expertise in data cleaning, variable transformation and data analysis Design visually compelling presentations Experience with Looker, Tableau, PowerBI or any other BI tools A strong candidate will have experience processing raw data and presenting insights through words, business cases, and graphs/charts Preferred: proficiency in SQL and preferably BigQuery Strong ability to organize and pull insights from data sets (which can be large and/or incomplete) Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated strength in communications both verbal and written, relationship building, technical understanding and problem solving Strong analytical skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at IntouchCX by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
