Mindberry Mental Wellbeing Seeks Psychologist/Psychotherapist We are a pioneering mental wellbeing organization seeking compassionate and communicative Psychologists/Psychotherapists to join our on-site team in Medellin, Colombia. The ideal candidate resides in Colombia or has a valid work permit and is dedicated to providing mental health and wellbeing support to employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct individual health and wellbeing sessions using various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy. 2. Facilitate group sessions on topics like stress management, resilience, mindfulness, and team cohesion to promote employee wellbeing. 3. Design and deliver psycho-educational training for employees to equip them with effective coping strategies. 4. Handle emergency situations with confidentiality and professionalism, ensuring the highest standards of care. 5. Engage proactively with employees to build trust and foster a culture of openness and vulnerability. Additional Tasks: - Collaborate with the Wellbeing lead and team on strategic initiatives to drive innovation and excellence in mental wellbeing provision. - Participate in regular meetings, training, and reporting to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking. - Contribute to innovative activities to promote employee wellbeing and enhance overall organizational performance. Requirements: - A Master's degree in mental health, social work, psychology, or related field from a recognized institution. - At least three years of supervised clinical experience, including group sessions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. - Membership or practitioner status with a regulatory body in Medellin/Colombia, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field. - Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in mental health and wellbeing. - Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment with flexible shifts, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
