Job Title: Technical Business Systems Specialist Purpose and Scope The Technical Business Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in the success of the team by executing specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Advocacy - Champion a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Deliver effective and efficient technical support to a portfolio of Salesforce.com instances. - Partner with Architecture on understanding design and integration. - Handle user requests and issues on a daily basis, provide support, suggest workarounds to end-users to carry out their business workflows. - Able to articulate user needs and have a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. - Participate in walkthroughs/demos of applications during various stages of the project or application lifecycle. - Provide solutions and suggestions to the business from a holistic point of view and assist in defining detailed requirements. - Effectively research and analyze business requirements and translate them into quality system requirement specifications. - Actively participate in the systems implementation process and have a thorough understanding of the change management process. - Improve the end-user experience by finding scalable solutions and addressing complex ad-hoc queries. - Review JIRA ticketing intake system and update notifications for updates and new tickets, ensuring new tickets are assigned to a resource and existing ones are actioned on. Requirements: - Must have a clear understanding of current IT practices and systems development techniques. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). - Experience in handling customer issues, providing solutions/workarounds. - Working knowledge of databases such as SQL Server and able to create and run queries. - 2 years of experience with Salesforce. - Prior experience in Business System Analysis. - University or college degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience. - B2 Level of English proficiency.
