**Position Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Project & Growth Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support, manage internal and client-facing projects, and drive growth initiatives across the organization. This hybrid role blends executive assistance with junior project management and growth coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for a highly organized self-starter based in Colombia who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities**: **Executive & Administrative Support**: - Coordinate internal communications, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and support leadership in managing priorities and deadlines. - Maintain confidential records, contracts, and organizational files. **Project Coordination & Management**: - Lead and coordinate small-to-mid-scale projects across departments, ensuring deliverables align with strategic priorities. - Track timelines, monitor progress, and support cross-functional team collaboration. - Prepare and present project status updates and reports. - Identify risks or inefficiencies and recommend improvements. **Growth & Communications**: - Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the Growth Management Services portfolio. - Coordinate campaign execution, and support reporting processes. - Contribute to strategic planning by gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making. - Act as liaison between client partners, internal teams, and external collaborators to ensure effective communication and alignment. **Qualifications**: - Based in Colombia with reliable access to remote work tools. - Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles. - Minimum 3 years in executive assistance or high-level administrative roles. - Nonprofit or mission-driven organization experience is a strong plus. - Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver results on time. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp is preferred. - Strong communication (written and verbal) in English, organization, and time management skills. - Friendly, flexible, and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. - Experience with communications, marketing campaigns, or data dashboards. **Experience**: - Project Management: 2 years (required) - Executive Assistant: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English C1 (required) Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
