The TCI Practice Area focuses on Infrastructure, travel, transportation, cities, real estate, and logistics, which form a significant and very dynamic part of the global economy. This space has far-reaching effects in areas such as climate resilience, holistic livability, sustainable mobility, and equality. As a Project Leader within BCG's Travel Cities and Infrastructure Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on various topics, such as: • Deployment of digital solutions to enhance operations • Dynamic pricing and revenue management strategies • Ancillaries development for increased customer engagement • Loyalty program optimization • Operations transformation to improve efficiency • Crew management and airport optimization • Maintenance strategies for reduced costs • Aviation network planning • Revenue growth through yield management • Digital transformation for airlines and airports Requirements include: • 6 to 12 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field • Experience in challenging roles and assets, preferably in disciplines such as networking, planning function, revenue, operations, maintenance, airports, and crews • Passion for the aviation industry • Desire to support a wide range of clients • Intellectual curiosity • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.
