Job Overview The Commercial Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and executing projects including planning and implementing initiatives such as content development to effectively reach the commercial team. This role involves creating compelling content, building relationships with various cross-functional teams, and supporting the commercial unit executive leadership team. The goal is to plan and execute effective communication strategies to convey business updates, track ROI, and increase employee engagement. The successful candidate will support brand visibility, values, and develop content for various media, ensuring message consistency and communication effectiveness across the organization. Main Responsibilities - Project Management: Plans and executes initiatives such as content development, optimization, advertising, events logistics, etc., to reach target audiences through appropriate channels. - Content Development: Builds content, program plans, and other supporting materials. - Relationship Building: Works with various cross-functional teams to understand and achieve communication effectiveness goals. - Developing Communication Strategies: Communicates business strategy and commercial updates across ACI. Works collaboratively across all departments to generate communication plans with an employee engagement focus. - Performance Metrics & ROI Analysis: Tracks KPIs for ROI evaluation for each initiative including Customer and Employee experience metrics.
