Role Responsibilities: - Leading, driving, and delivering strategic projects successfully, ensuring they meet scope, quality, time, and budget requirements while aligning with organizational goals - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project status. - Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary. Role Qualifications: - 6+ years of demonstrated success in high-performance environments with operation and strategy focus. - Bachelor/ Master degree in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science). - Background in consulting (preferred) - Strong analytical skills and critical thinking - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana). - Excellent presentation skills, focusing more on substance than style, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. - Passion to drive changes and improvement: you have experience defining and implementing scalable processes and solutions. - Hands-on mentality and self-starter: you feel comfortable taking ownership to ensure solutions at micro and macro level. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Full proficiency in English & Spanish.
