We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operational execution, data tracking, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, is highly organized, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. This is a full-time remote position, best suited for someone who is proactive and independently productive. Key Responsibilities:







Maintain and organize internal spreadsheets and data trackers. Update and manage CRM records, ensuring accuracy and follow-through. Support lead routing, status tracking, and performance reporting. Assist in administrative follow-ups and recurring process tasks. Prepare short Loom updates or documentation summaries when needed. Monitor task checklists and flag overdue items for action. Qualifications:
2+ years in operations support, virtual assistance, or data management roles. Strong spreadsheet proficiency (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar). Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable platforms). Comfortable with asynchronous tools like Loom for updates. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical work style. High proficiency in written English, with the ability to draft, edit, and proofread documents independently. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with productivity platforms like Notion, Trello, or Asana. Exposure to project coordination or light process management. Background supporting sales teams or handling inbound lead data. Prior experience in high-output, remote-first teams. Resume Submission Guidelines:
