The general pay scale for this position at MOH is $97,082-$131,104 per year. The actual hiring rate depends on factors such as prior work experience, education, responsibilities, location, and performance. Job Profile Summary: Coordinates all activities related to nursing functions and patient care within budget. Adheres to national and company standards, supervising nursing staff providing professional care. Must recognize physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of care. Supports US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight Oversees clinical operations for nursing activities. Maintains nursing personnel files and ensures licensing/certification compliance. Assists in reviewing and updating clinical policies and procedures. Staffing and Scheduling Maintains effective staffing within budget. Participates in recruiting and interviewing nursing staff. Performs staff tasks as needed. Coordinates staffing, leaves, and schedules considering labor laws. Clinical Operations and Practice Monitors patient satisfaction and quality assurance. Ensures correct use of charge codes and staff education on reimbursement guidelines. Develops new services aligned with practice goals. Staff Development Implements staff retention and training programs. Coordinates staff training and evaluations. Mentors less experienced nurses. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education: BSN or MSN preferred; RN license and current registration; CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum five years as a registered nurse, including three in oncology; leadership experience preferred. Skills: Oncology certification and chemotherapy immunotherapy provider card preferred. Working Conditions: Environment: Traditional office with exposure to communicable diseases and clinical substances.
