Key Responsibilities: - Configure Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, and Learning modules in Workday's People Experience ecosystem. - Maintain job requisitions, onboarding workflows, learning structures, and review settings. - Manage security roles and business processes tied to these modules. - Escalate complex system issues and identify root causes. - Monitor trends and identify opportunities to optimize configuration. - Create and run test scripts for system releases and enhancements. - Maintain documentation of updates, process flows, and audit records. - Validate data accuracy across candidate and employee lifecycle stages. - Support talent reporting needs and KPIs in collaboration with analytics teams. Bachelor's degree in Business, HRIS, Information Systems, or related field required. A minimum of 3 years supporting Workday HCM with experience in at least 2 modules (Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding, Learning) is also necessary. Experience in configuration, process management, and data validation is also expected.
