Key Responsibilities: - Calendar Management: Schedule and manage meetings for the CPO and HR leaders. - Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for the HR team. - Board Materials: Assist in preparing presentations and data slides for the Board of Directors. - Report Drafting: Draft and review reports and presentations for the CPO. - Event Support: Plan and execute key HR events, managing logistics and branding materials. - Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions. - Project Coordination: Assist in HR projects related to Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. - Online Presence: Enhance the HR department's presence on LinkedIn and other platforms. - Team Engagement: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
