Duties and Responsibilities: - Engage with followers: Respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. - Schedule posts: Use Sprout Social to schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn according to Corporate Marketing's content calendar. - Foster non-traditional content distribution opportunities: Identify and explore emerging mobile platforms. - Support marketing campaigns: Assist in implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create and curate content: Develop short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Requirements and Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. - Strong interest in the music industry and independent music. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Working Environment: This is a full-time remote position in Colombia, with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
