This position is open to candidates in LATAM. The selected candidate will work as a remote Construction Project Manager overseeing and coordinating construction projects for U.S. clients. Key Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. - Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with project requirements. - Communicate regularly with U.S.-based clients, contractors, and vendors. - Supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to safety regulations. - Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders. - Resolve construction-related issues, mitigating risks and delays. - Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders. - Utilize project management software. - Ensure compliance with U.S. construction standards, codes, and regulations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. - 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with U.S. projects. - Strong understanding of U.S. construction standards and building codes. - Experience working remotely and managing international projects. - Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.). - Excellent communication skills in English. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
