Location: GSC BOG We have an exciting opportunity for an OFR Team Manager to manage and drive the performance of a team of Export and Import specialists (agents and supervisors) to ensure customer and operations requirements are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include following up with the BP / countries for correct and timely deliverables, supervising, training, and guiding team members, ensuring alignment with GSC global processes and KPIs, optimizing processes, increasing productivity, and supporting the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage, develop, lead, and oversee a team serving as a liaison between the customer and DHL network, ensuring exceptional support and customer experience. Organize, plan, and facilitate daily operations of OFR Freight Export and Import Specialists. Provide strategic support to the Service Delivery Head. Maintain interaction with BP and customers to address service adjustments and business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with customer documentation requirements. Analyze and improve working procedures for efficiency and added value. Monitor KPIs and ensure timely closure of jobs. Develop KPIs and manage team performance, providing feedback regularly. Skills / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in administration, international business, finance, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics/OFR experience, especially in freight forwarding. At least 3 years of team leadership experience. Experience with CargoWise is preferred. Proficiency in English (B2-C1) and Spanish. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Employees with at least 12 months in current role and not in transition projects. Additional Information Salary: To Be Determined (TBD) Annual performance bonus.
