Proficiency in tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, SQL, and Google Analytics. Familiarity with CX methodologies, tools, and trends. Experience working with platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia. Solid grasp of statistical modeling and/or machine learning techniques is a strong plus.
