This person will be capable of managing small accounts while overseeing and monitoring the entire operational process to ensure compliance and client satisfaction. Additionally, they will respond to client requests and foster strong, long-term relationships. **What You Bring Along** - 1-2 years of experience in market research industry or CGPs organizations (consumo masivo) - 1 year of experience in market research industry, marketing or operational assistance. - Strong communication, follow-up, and execution skills. - Business administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineer careers - Excel and Power Point skills - Public speaking skills - Assertive communication **What You Will Do** - Maintain and open sustainable and profitable business relationships, from the construction of strategies and continuous service. - Follow up with other areas to have an optimal management of the products promised to our customers, ensuring quality and timeliness. - Data analysis, presentation development, and value generation through actionable insights. - Conduct constant visits to assigned clients to present management reports and value propositions. - Follow up on action plans proposed to clients. - Attend to requests, concerns or requirements of customers and manage the optimal level of response.
