You will apply a broad setof problem-solving techniques to improve clients’ overall strategy,performance, and operations. Roles and Responsibilities ClientImpact - Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projectsacross a range of industries and problem statements. - Contributeto/develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and globalclients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlockclient value. - Manage working relationship with client managers,and act as trusted and reliable partner. - Develop sound businessrecommendations and deliver effective client presentations. - Plan,organize, and structure own work and that of junior projectdelivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures toaddress client problems, synthesize analyses into relevantfindings, and create impactful storylines. - Lead team and externalmeetings, and lead or co-lead project management. - Contribute tothe firm's intellectual capital and solution development. - Growfrom coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project managementacross client projects, and mentor junior consultants. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree work experience inconsulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, businessline management, or product management. - Experience managingclients or internal stakeholders. - Logical, structured thinkingand affinity for numerical analysis. - Advanced Word, Excel, andPowerPoint skills. - Able to perform multiple tasks in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Able to communicateeffectively in English and the local office language. - Eligible towork in the country where they are applying and for travel visas asrequired by travel needs. Preferred qualifications - Experiencemanaging tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environmentwith third parties. - Experience coaching junior deliveryconsultants. - Relevant industry expertise. - MBA or master’sdegree with relevant specialization (not required).
