Main Responsibilities: - Be ready for 24*7 shift including night shifts if needed - Be available 24*7 to provide oncall support if needed - Troubleshoot and fix P1/P2 global incidents & RCA - Assist in monitoring LAN/WAN performance, as necessary, to ensure LAN/WAN integrity and performance.Submit Change Management Requests (CRQs) to support network carrier maintenance requests (T-Mobile, ATT, Vodafone, TATA, Globe, PLDT, etc.) - Have a good understanding of the Change Management, PAI and RCA processes - This position supports the Technology Operations Center (TOC). - Provide Core Network Troubleshooting and to support Tier 1 and 2 break/fix functions across the global CNX network. - Ensure the availability and integrity of the Concentrix network, enabling end users to access the data resources needed to perform their job functions. - Perform data network monitoring using the Proactive Investigation (PAI) process. - Monitor and report network problems in accordance with published Service Level Agreements.
