We're looking for a Technical Project Manager based in LATAM to lead software development initiatives for a high-impact client in the tech space. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to balance structure with adaptability. This is a temporary contract for 6 months. Candidates must hold a valid visa and be available to travel to the United States occasionally (1–2 times per quarter). What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives—from planning through launchCreate and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentationIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactivelyFacilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentumCoordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goalsDefine and monitor project metrics to track progress and outcomesOptimize project management methodologies and processes for efficiencyBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and success What You'll Bring:5+ years of technical project management experience, especially in software development.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycleProven track record of delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependenciesExcellent organizational and documentation skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHands-on experience with tools like Shortcut, Jira, and ConfluenceTechnical background or familiarity with software engineering conceptsAbility to collaborate synchronously during US Eastern Time hours.Willingness to travel occasionally to the U.S. or Canada.
