Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist - Talent Acquisition About the Role The Digital Marketing Strategist - Talent Acquisition will play a key role in scaling the company's digital presence, especially across local Florida markets. This is a hands-on role focused on local SEO, content strategy, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute SEO strategies targeting local and regional audiences. - Conduct keyword research with a local SEO lens (e.g., building inspector Tampa). - Perform competitor and gap analysis to uncover growth opportunities. - Optimize on-page SEO elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, etc.). - Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings for multiple office locations. - Support or coordinate content creation focused on relevant topics (e.g., permits, inspections, regulations). - Implement and maintain a content calendar to build long-term organic visibility. - Conduct technical audits (crawl errors, page speed, mobile responsiveness). - Suggest and apply schema markup where applicable. - Ensure NAP (name, address, phone) consistency across directories. - Report monthly on traffic, rankings, and conversion paths. - Recommend continuous improvements based on SEO trends and analytics. Qualifications Proven experience in SEO strategy and hands-on execution. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Able to work independently and drive strategy while collaborating with founders. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Comfortable presenting insights, performance, and recommendations to leadership. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
