Key Responsibilities To deliver exceptional evening service, ensure cleaning and maintain guest rooms and corridors up to Raffles standards. This includes ensuring turn-down service is delivered on time and according to guest preferences. Duties - Provide timely and personalized turn-down service to guests. - Assist the morning shift with cleaning tasks as needed. - Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition. - Report any loss or damage of linens, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to the supervisor. - Use approved cleaning chemicals on all surfaces as per standards and training. - Keep the service area well-stocked and clean at all times. - Promptly report any equipment or light bulb issues. - Handle lost property in accordance with hotel policy. - Perform duties with care to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect guest privacy by maintaining quietness and efficiency. - Ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of the 5-star floor section aligned with Raffles standards and LQA. - Participate in daily departmental meetings to stay informed and discuss ongoing projects. - Be flexible and willing to perform additional duties as required, including working in different departments or restaurants. Health and Safety Guidelines - Report and rectify any hazards immediately to prevent accidents. - Familiarize yourself with departmental fire, emergency, and bomb procedures. - Adhere to laws and ordinances to ensure the safety of persons and property. - Promote health and safety awareness within the department to create a safe working environment.
