The Telecom Engineer is responsible for supporting voice platforms globally. Skills: Hands-on experience with AudioCodes SBC, Asterisk Gateway, Avaya ACD, AES, CMS, Verint Recording Platform, System/Session Manager, ACME SBCs, SIP, including hardware, software standards, engineering, and security within voice platforms, focusing on system reliability and security. Advanced English level is required. Responsibilities: Provide 24x7 operational support for Voice Devices, capacity planning, and infrastructure audits. Create and manage detailed infrastructure documentation and procedures to ensure consistency in system design and operations. Troubleshoot and monitor Voice systems proactively to minimize downtime. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including vendors, server, network, and operations teams. Provide Level 2 support for unresolved and multi-geo Sev1 issues. Assist in preparing RCA for Sev1 incidents. Design solutions for new site setups and ramp-ups. Represent Concentrix in technical calls with customers for solutioning or RCA discussions. Evaluate new products and technologies.
