Artificial Intelligence is our reality. As a Senior QA Automation professional, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of our software solutions. You will define and implement comprehensive test strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage the latest automation frameworks to deliver high-quality products that meet client expectations. Your role is critical in shaping our quality assurance processes and driving our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Define and maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage.- Write and execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and exploratory tests.- Collaborate with teams on shared testing suites, including API tests in Postman and the review of automation scripts.- Integrate and monitor tests within CI/CD pipelines, implementing a shift-left testing approach.- Coordinate test data and environments with DevOps, managing fixtures and stubs effectively.- Log detailed and reproducible bug reports and assist in defect triage processes.- Provide test results and release readiness reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-have Skills :- Experience with an automation framework (Playwright/JavaScript preferred).- Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation.- Understanding of the testing pyramid and types: Smoke, UI, API, Regression, Accessibility.- Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools.- Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum processes.- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines.- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present to leadership.- Strong English (upper-intermediate or above) and ability to multitask.
