Our vision is to improve the way people interact with money. What The Technical Product Manager (TPM) acts as the bridge and the glue between internal teams, the market, and our customers. It is both an external and internal role, interfacing with our engine and product teams. The TPM owns part of the platform roadmap, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engine, revenue, product, delivery, and support teams to ensure we meet our customer and company objectives. You will need to ensure that your products support our overall strategy, goals, and represent the needs of the customer and the end-user voice. Sometimes, this means saying no. This role is assigned to the Payments Aggregator vertical. Minka is seeking someone who can manage compliance, payment specifications, product marketing, and technical documentation. The TPM will expand the platform's use cases to align with market needs while complementing other product verticals. The focus is on Colombia, with plans to expand to other geographies. How Be an owner Responsible for the roadmap to grow the Minka network.Lead the product throughout its entire lifecycle, including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, distribution, and customer support.Gain a deep understanding of the new infrastructure for money and represent it internally at Minka.Participate in the agile product development process, ensuring features are prioritized correctly and releases are delivered on time.Continuously learn about the internet, bitcoin, and money. Be a solver Communicate customer needs and opportunities within the organization and ensure they are delivered.Collaborate with engine, product, revenue teams, and other stakeholders to establish and execute timelines, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements. Write it down Facilitate ideation sessions with clients to rapidly identify customer needs and create testable prototypes.Document requirements and facilitate discussions with customers.Create and drive product strategy, definition, prioritization, and planning by collaborating with internal partners and clients.Represent the voice of the customer within the company. Required skills 7+ years of experience in software development, product management, or program delivery.Strong previous experience with financial technology or financial concepts.Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent preferred.Strong background in product discovery methodologies supporting incubation, experimentation, and new product development.Proactive attitude and assertiveness in communication.Good understanding of agile principles and experience working in agile environments; certification is a plus.Positive, motivated attitude with excellent teamwork skills. Preferred skills Ability to develop broad market use cases and write thorough technical specifications.Knowledge of Bitcoin and related concepts.Familiarity with the TV show Mr. Robot is a plus.
