Strategic Partnership Manager The Role of the Strategic Partnership Manager is a key position within our organization, focusing on establishing and maintaining successful partnerships with top-tier global and regional partners. The primary objective is to generate new business opportunities within the assigned region. This role works closely with the Regional Vice President and the regional sales team to drive business growth through strategic partnership development. The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for developing detailed plans in collaboration with partner executives to drive strategic engagements, enhance partner skills and certifications on our solutions, and execute joint marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, alliances, or a combination of both at enterprise software or consulting companies. A strong network of existing partners at System Integrators, Resellers & Consultancies in Italy, Spain, and Portugal is also essential. Key Responsibilities: Developing and managing strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines to ensure retention, growth, and customer success. Evaluating program trends and providing analysis and recommendations to management. Working towards mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Providing financial analyses, long-range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Maintaining competitor activity in accounts and implementing strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement. Driving initiatives for joint selling and marketing programs. Ensuring key milestones for partner enablement to drive successful solutions delivery (training, implementation, certification). Timely and accurate Partner value tracking of opportunities within the Salesforce.com CRM. Understanding current pipeline and revenue forecasts where Partner-generated opportunities are involved. Creation of structured Business Plan that lays the foundation for how you will attack this position and remain focused on business objectives. Funneling of critical market trends or solution feedback through the Product Management Teams for the betterment of our products, positioning, pricing, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
