About the Role The Bartender ensures that every drink is served with excellence, always aiming to surpass guest and customer expectations and create epic moments. Responsibilities 1. Prepare cocktail recipes according to the establishment's concept and current trends, always following FS standards. 2. Provide food and beverage service to guests and customers. 3. Guide guests through the concept of the establishment and its products, aiming for complete satisfaction and epic experiences. 4. Follow safety and hygiene guidelines during service and shifts, motivating others to do the same. 5. Know and apply regulations regarding alcoholic beverages, respecting norms related to minors, intoxicated persons, and driving under influence. 6. Have comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and timing, aligned with the establishment's concept.
