Exploring and researching new market opportunities Training and onboarding new sales talent with proven techniques Developing effective sales strategies that drive results Analyzing performance data to fine-tune our efforts Monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met Collaborating across teams and communicating with clients and stakeholders What You Bring to the Table: Fluent, professional English—both written and spoken An entrepreneurial mindset and quick thinking abilities A dynamic, charismatic personality that energizes others Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven leadership and team management experience A goal-driven, results-oriented approach Prior experience working in a 3PL (third-party logistics) environment What to Expect When You Join Us: You’ll be guiding and inspiring our sales team—training them in cold calling, prospecting, and building strong pipelines. Together, you’ll sell the full range of Trans-Pro’s logistics services , working with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico . You’ll help negotiate smart deals, resolve client issues smoothly, and leave every customer with a smile—because you’re a problem-solver and a customer service star.
