Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role supports specific MSO categories, leading the execution of the strategy in the short term, delivering business performance through relevant resources and networks using procurement processes and best practices. Key objectives include: productivity delivery, P&L protection, inflation mitigation, and accomplishing 7-step processes for GP, legal contract management, and innovation initiatives to bring value to the business. Your Impact: As an Indirects Associate Buyer, your responsibilities include: Supporting category strategy over a multi-year horizon and ensuring delivery of AOP targets, price variance tracking, and successful supplier interactions and negotiations. Supporting contract execution, supplier coordination, competitive benchmarking, and resolving supply issues with local business. Managing change projects required to deliver productivity targets or support market innovation. Supporting and executing the full vendor approval process in cooperation with QA/VA teams. Executing local category strategies to create competitive advantages. Supporting the MSO Category Lead in developing local suppliers in terms of service, quality, and productivity. Supporting the execution of local productivity initiatives and developing short-term initiatives for small local categories. Supporting legal contracts execution for local suppliers. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Academic Background: Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, International Relations, or similar fields. English level: C1. Experience: 1-2 years in procurement managing suppliers and negotiations. Experience with RFP and RFI bidding processes. Contracts management experience. Market cost comparison and benchmarking.
