**We help the world run better** **What you will do** Position title: Sales Learning Data Analyst Young Professional Location: Colombia - Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required) Duration: Temporary up to 2 years - Deliver ad-hoc reports and custom dashboards for the Learning Organization - Develop reports and run queries in Learning Management System (LMS) and related systems - Support and improve information infrastructure processes of LMS and tools of the organization **What you bring** **Education**: - Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree - Education desired but not limited to any of the following university majors (careers): Information technology, computer science, statistics, software engineer or any engineering - Certifications, coursework, or projects involving programming, scripting languages, data management **Requirements and Experience**: - Undergraduate degree - Maximum of 2 years of working experience - Excellent English - Knowledge or experience with SQL script language in database systems (SAP HANA SQL preferred, but experience in any SQL motor is acceptable) - Experience with Excel (building reports in Excel based on pivot tables, external data sources, pivot charts) - Knowledge or experience in building business intelligence dashboards - Knowledge or experience on web development related programming languages - Ability to work independently with little guidance - Ability to work in a global team environment **Meet your Team** SAP Customer Success Learning is an organization that focuses on the enablement of the internal customer facing organization.
