We are in search of a Salesforce Administrator to own the configuration, design and functionality of our Salesforce.com platform that is used across the entire organization from sales, marketing, and operations. As the Salesforce Administrator, you are not only Salesforce certified, but you are very well versed in the various integration configurations via APIs within the platform. You are an extremely collaborative individual with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. You are a creative problem solver, and have a passion for going above and beyond your customers’ expectations. What You'll Do Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform Configure Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings to support our user base of 300+ users Work with other SFDC administrators/developers to configure and maintain best practice architecture, custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce and integrated systems. Manage/Support/Implement the integration of applications connected to Salesforce, including but not limited to Marketo, Intercom, Zuora, Zoom, Outreach, Gong, OKTA etc. Maintain overall Salesforce system health/configuration in development, QA, UAT and production environments Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective use of the platform Document processes, best practices, and solutions for both technical and non-technical users. About You Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) / Advanced Administrator (Preferred) 2+ years of solid hands-on experience in Salesforce administration Experience in Salesforce Lightning UI Design Strong understanding of API / Integration configurations through installed managed packages and middleware applications like Workato or Zapier Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience Located in Bogota, Colombia or Medellin, Colombia and willing to work in a hybrid work schedule Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology Industries Embedded Software Products Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at AffiniPay by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Salesforce Administrator” roles.
