General Job Description: The ideal candidate will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager, working closely with them to develop strategies, initiatives, and content. They will execute these plans independently, ensuring alignment with brand identity and philosophy, under the supervision of the Marketing team. Responsibilities include achieving lead generation targets, participating in meetings to update the CMO and CEO, and sharing detailed reports on initiative progress. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Implement and coordinate marketing strategies for lead generation, exploring new initiatives. Manage campaigns such as Google Ads, social media, presence on local platforms, marketing automation, webinars, and trade shows. Define, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Coordinate activities of the Telemarketing team and monitor objectives. Drive participation in events (webinars, trade shows, etc.) to increase leads. Coordinate content creation (written and visual) for initiatives. Manage email campaigns ensuring high open rates and conversions, complying with privacy laws. Monitor and optimize campaign performance, gathering data insights to improve ROI. Collaborate with the CMO, providing detailed activity reports. Create textual and visual content for website, blog, and social media following an editorial plan. Manage social media channels, preparing videos, graphics, stories, and reels. Produce promotional materials like catalogs, flyers, brochures, and graphics for events. Update content regularly and manage brand identity and reputation activities. Engage with the community through comments and messages to boost engagement. Stay updated on social media trends to propose innovative strategies. Assist in analyzing performance data and creating monthly reports to evaluate social media effectiveness. Required Qualifications: • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual proficiency preferred). • At least 2 years of experience in: Lead generation activities Social media management • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads platform. • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, WordPress (admin changes), Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, and skills in creative writing, SEO, and web writing. • Previous experience in B2B companies, preferably in the IT sector.
