As a seasoned technologist, you will be instrumental in driving innovation through cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on data technologies and platforms. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You should possess strong skills in mathematical, statistical, and scientific modeling. In addition, the candidate must have at least 2 years of experience with PySpark, Python, and Spark, both in development and deployment in a production environment. Proficiency in PyTorch is also required, along with familiarity with recent deep learning literature for model and infrastructural optimizations and techniques; applied experience at scale is highly desirable. Responsibilities - Design and implement end-to-end solutions utilizing machine learning and AI to enhance user experience. - Conduct experiments and continuously iterate on model improvements, considering multiple feature sets and personalization. - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create strategic and tactical improvements, as well as develop end-to-end production-ready solutions. - Communicate methodologies and results to a community of researchers, developers, analysts, and product managers. - Evaluate the quality, performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
