Python + Golang + Bazel Technical Leader at BairesDev We are looking for a Technical Leader with expertise in Python, Golang, and Bazel to take ownership of the Bazel build system, ensuring the efficient build and delivery of automation-driven solutions. This role requires a highly technical and self-driven professional who will work across the entire software development lifecycle, from coding to deployment and monitoring. What You’ll Do: Manage and optimize the Bazel build system, ensuring high performance and scalability. Develop and maintain software solutions using Python and Golang. Oversee the entire software lifecycle – from coding and testing to deployment, monitoring, and performance measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation-driven solutions. Optimize software builds and delivery pipelines, ensuring high efficiency. Troubleshoot and improve build processes, ensuring reliability and scalability. Implement monitoring and performance metrics for continuous system improvements. What We Are Looking For: Strong expertise in Python and Golang for software development. Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, build automation, and deployment strategies. Experience working in cloud-based environments and containerized solutions. Knowledge of software performance monitoring, logging, and debugging.
