We are seeking a global Customer Success Sr Analyst for our Cargo team, passionate about technology and highly analytical. You will support sales teams by designing growth and operational strategies to maximize value for our partners across 9 countries. As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include: Applying growth strategies to increase order potential of small and medium-sized partners Managing the collections cycle, including settlement, invoicing, and collections Achieving targets for quality metrics Identifying process improvement areas and proposing creative solutions Implementing growth campaigns and consulting with partners to grow their businesses Gathering and communicating partner feedback and market needs for product development Designing analytics sharing strategies and standardizing dashboards and templates for presentations What are the requirements to join this neon universe? 3-6 years of professional experience in analytical roles within tech or logistics Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative or business field Strong stakeholder management skills Fluent in a second language, either English or Portuguese Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective action plans Skilled in translating data into compelling stories and presentations Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with a hands-on attitude Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel and SQL #J-18808-Ljbffr
