This position plays a vital role in supporting HR, benefits, and HRIS functions by ensuring accurate processing, timely communication, and exceptional service to our clients and worksite employees. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth HR and benefits operations. What we offer: Signed Colombian contract directly with Cornerstone (Vacations, Health Care, and Pension provided). Monday to Friday. 8-hour shift. Colombian holidays will be free! Remote position, with the intention to work using a Hybrid model in the future. Flexible and team-oriented work environment. Necessary equipment provided. Opportunity to work with a US-based company. What you'll do: Benefits Administration: Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations across carrier systems accurately and on time. Enrollment Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS and payroll systems. Vendor Liaison: Communicate with benefit providers to resolve issues and confirm proper data integration. Revenue Assurance: Validate accurate premium collection and calculate any missed payments for payroll adjustment. Record Keeping: Ensure all benefit-related documentation and communications are properly recorded in the CRM. Project Support: Assist with process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and reporting projects. Compliance & Knowledge: Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and ensure internal processes align with industry standards. EDI Support: Serve as a backup to the EDI Specialist, handling discrepancy reports and manual file submissions. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee and client data with the utmost discretion. Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level. 1 - 2 Years of experience as a Human Resources Support/ Employee benefits in the US. PEO industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of employee benefits and eligibility requirements in the US High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Technically proficient with CRM systems; quick to learn new technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and are passionate about HR operations, we invite you to apply and grow your career with us.
