Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Account Executive to join our sales team in Bogota. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a proven track record in sales within the IT field, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced and innovative environment. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our client base, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Business Development: 2. Identify and target potential clients in the technology sector. 3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. 4. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. 5. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. 6. Client Relationship Management: 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 8. Understand clients' business requirements and propose tailored IT solutions. 9. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle. 10. Solution Selling: 11. Present and demonstrate our technology solutions to prospective clients. 12. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. 13. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and effective solution delivery. 14. Negotiate and close sales agreements. 15. Sales Reporting and Administration: 16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems. 17. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. 18. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to meet and exceed targets. 19. Continuous Learning and Development: 20. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and emerging technologies. 21. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities. 22. Actively seek feedback and coaching to improve sales skills and performance. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 1-2 years of sales experience in the IT field, preferably in a VAR or technology solutions provider. 3. Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, and networking solutions. 4. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong negotiation and closing skills. 7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
