Job Category: Marketing Programs Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES - Planning, execution, tracking and improving of digital paid campaigns following the instructions of the regional performance marketing led. - Segmentation and Audiences creation. - Monitoring campaign performance regularly and proposing optimization actions to manager and stakeholders. - Creating text ads in English based on the correct information that is available on the topic, or proposing English-language versions of ads for translation into other Americas languages - Creation of buyer personas and definition of audiences. - Customer journey definition (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). - Contributing to budget allocation and ensuring efficient budget management across paid advertising campaigns under your control - Participating actively in planning meetings, depending on project needs and stakeholder requests - Liasing with AMERICAS Content / SEO / Web team / Product Owners / Lines of Business representatives / Field Marketing Managers etc. to align on shared objectives and tactics and ensure no overlapping of efforts. - Creating text ads, display and video ads with the graphic design team support in English based on the correct information that is available on the topic, or proposing English-language versions of ads for translation into other Americas languages. - Reporting and dashboard creation. - KPIs management to track and improve the results. - Being prepared to tackle new paid advertising platforms, as per project requirements. - UTM Codes creation. - Marketing automation support. - eCommerce paid media promotion. - Global marketing programs alignment and support. - Works closely with the central marketing teams to ensure alignment on demand program key messages and goals. - Collaborates with the field and central marketing teams to ensure cohesive creation, execution, and testing/optimization to increase engagement. - Supports the documentation and communication/distribution of best practices for demand marketing program implementation across the organization, including recommendations for improvements. - Acts as a key player and advocate for testing and optimization, promoting data-driven risk-taking by demand marketers. - Demonstrating and cultivating an interest in trends and best practices in Paid Media, as well as in digital continuity solutions and digital marketing - Developing and maintaining productive work relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues in other departments QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience - Paid media/digital marketing experience. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles. - Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Marketing experience in a business-to-business environment. - Analytics: Reporting and Dashboards experience (GA4, Data Studio). - Excel basic/intermediate skills. - Knowledge of Inbound/outbound marketing methodologies. - Intermediate verbal and written English language communications skills - able to present thoughts and ideas clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders. - Working knowledge of tools in digital experience and demand marketing, along with established tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, social media platforms, social ads, Google Ads, Programmatic ads. - Knowledge of Inbound marketing methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience of ABM (account-based marketing) preferred. - Paid media platforms experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn for Business, Meta for Business). - SEO, web and keyword research improving platforms (SEMRush, Similar web, Alexa etc.). - Performance oriented (KPI management). - Budget Management. - Graphic Design Skills. - Creativity. - External providers/agencies management EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS - Marketing/Advertising/Comunnication Degree - Desired Digital Marketing/Digital Advertising specialization/certifications - Google Ads certifications (At least Search, Display and Video) - LinkedIn for Business Certification. - Meta Advertising platforms certifications. - Google Analytics basic certification (GA4).
