This role is vital to our finance team and directly influences our guest experience. The position reports to the Finance Manager and Director and requires Colombian work authorization. Responsibilities and Duties: Reconcile payroll discrepancies with department heads or employees. Review employee status changes and requests from the Finance Director with Human Resources to ensure accurate data entry. Assist Human Resources in maintaining vacation accruals. Support HR with employee payroll requests, verification forms, and related inquiries. Assist in other accounting office areas as needed. Enter employee data into the payroll system after approvals. Review, verify, and process payroll data for check preparation. Review external payroll service reports and communicate discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
