The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Manager product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to oversee product solutions and P&L management for our CA&E Line of Business: Marketing Services. This role requires deep expertise in managing Marketing Services, ensuring the product is scaled across the region, understanding the competitive landscape, and aligning the product with local market needs. The individual will proactively enhance and innovate the product line by collecting requirements for future development, executing go-to-market strategies, and partnering closely with commercialization teams to integrate the product into broader solutions to achieve business outcomes. Collaboration with regional and global product leads, sales, and account managers is essential. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Services Product Management Lead, this individual will maximize funding utilization and facilitate sales dynamics. Key Responsibilities Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services, including bringing global products to the region, understanding the global roadmap, and tracking budgets and forecasts. Lead product localization and go-to-market strategies, managing studio processes (including pricing), pilots, vendor/partner management, and offers sourcing. Serve as a regional SME by understanding the competitive landscape, mapping regional needs, conducting training, and measuring product value and impact. All About You Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable. Proven experience in product, sales, or marketing client services with a track record of driving growth. Expertise in Digital Marketing and Martech solutions. Background mainly from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech, IT industries, or digital marketing agencies, with experience in product management, digital marketing, and strategic planning. Strong business acumen, innovative mindset, and experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets. Consultative approach, influencing skills, and ability to craft customer-centric narratives. Leadership skills in motivating teams and unifying stakeholders around strategic goals. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. Recognized digital marketing SME capable of engaging with executive clients. Deep understanding of market and industry trends, creative problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making skills. International and matrix organizational experience is highly desirable. Excellent networking, communication, storytelling, and results-oriented skills. Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures, with high analytical skills and a postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
