To learn more about Convatec, please visit The role within the Digital Workplace Identity Team requires technical knowledge of Active Directory, Okta, Microsoft Cloud technologies, and Azure. You will support project delivery, provide training to 1st line support, and manage some 3rd line escalations. As an Identity Analyst, you will act as an escalation point for Identity related incidents, coordinate with team members in projects and daily operations over a follow-the-sun model. You must be an Identity SME, preferably certified, with excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work with a multi-national team to ensure successful product rollouts. You will support a diverse user base across 50+ countries, covering office locations, manufacturing sites, and remote users, operating as part of an international team for complex projects. This role involves resolving identity issues promptly, proactive improvements, and maintaining a customer-first mindset. You will be part of a globally distributed support team providing identity stack support for projects, employees, technical teams, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities and authority 1. Monitoring adherence to corporate policies to identify potential risks 2. Supporting leadership in coordinating Digital Workplace and Identity initiatives 3. Supporting Enterprise Architecture in identity-related topics 4. Managing licenses and maintaining related documentation 5. Handling end-user licensing and resolving licensing issues 6. Tracking compliance reporting and addressing non-compliances 7. Administering software license assignments and deactivations 8. Tracking contract renewal dates and supporting renewal processes 9. Updating logs, preparing reports, and submitting to management 10. Managing user profiles 11. Having B2C integration skills is a plus 12. Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols 13. Managing user authentication and authorization 14. Proven background in identity and access management 15. Troubleshooting identity issues at organizational and technical levels 16. End-to-end troubleshooting of authentication and authorization 17. Knowledge of software licensing principles and country-specific differences 18. Understanding compliance reporting 19. Knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure B2C, IAM, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, MS Office, ITIL, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira 20. Experience with licensing of major vendors (Microsoft, Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea, etc...) 21. Supporting vendor audits 22. Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills 23. Strong customer and business focus 24.
