Job Title: Human Rights Program Coordinator We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Human Rights Program Coordinator. This position will play a critical part in supporting the planning, execution, and impact of regional programs at the intersection of human rights and audiovisual technology. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of on-the-ground experience and a project coordination role, preferably in an international, multicultural environment. They will also have in-depth knowledge and experience working with grassroots activists and groups within the Latin America and Caribbean region. In addition, they will have a deep understanding of video and technology trends, combined with experience in training, teaching, and development of guidance for groups leveraging video to advance justice and accountability. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and proactively problem-solve while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. They will also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. The ability to travel at least 2-3 times a year, including international travel, is also necessary.
