Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | Hybrid work model Daily Responsibilities 1. Lead projects focused on Help Desk operations. 2. Oversee the implementation of contracted services. 3. Ensure services are delivered in a stable operational state. 4. Define requirements for assigned operations and projects. 5. Propose operational models to improve process functionality. 6. Establish metrics for operations and projects. 7. Ensure service processes meet agreed standards. 8. Generate reports for organization and clients. 9. Develop practical plans, including task analysis. 10. Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for continuous improvement. 11. Present and support reports for business units and clients. 12. Maintain the financial health of projects. Candidate Profile Education: Systems Engineering or related fields, with proven experience in infrastructure project management. Required Skills - Experience managing technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies, ensuring objectives are met while optimizing resources, time, and budget. - Experience in direct process management with clients.
