What skills do you need? + 5 years of proven experience in a FinOps or cloud financial management role Hands-on experience with AWS (experience with GCP, Azure, or other cloud providers is a strong plus) Deep knowledge of cloud cost management tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, Google Cloud Billing, CloudHealth, Cloudability) Strong experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and enterprise-level cost optimization strategies Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner closely with Engineering, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams Someone who actively contributes to the FinOps community, speaks at conferences, or is regarded as a trendsetter in cloud financial management Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to present financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive and self-driven mindset. Nice to Have FinOps Certified Practitioner or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, IT, Cloud Computing, or Business) is a strong plus Experience with automation tools for cost management.
