Summary We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer with Salesforce knowledge. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions to build upon our applications. As an engineer, you are a highly experienced and skilled professional, that often serves as a key technical lead. You play a critical role in guiding and influencing engineering decisions, solving complex technical challenges, setting standards for best practices, contributing to the development of overarching strategies, assuming leadership roles, and providing mentorship to other engineers. Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Professional Experience 8+ years of experience building Software Applications. 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM. Responsabilities Coordinating with business stakeholders to refine CRM needs and approaches Building effective and scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ensuring the quality and functionality of Self Financial’s CRM experience. Writing solution documentation and providing technical training for our Salesforce end users. Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. Soft Skills Advanced English level. Open to learning new technologies. Great communication skills and experience in customer-facing interactions. Good time management skills. Good mentoring and negotiation skills. Strong technical support skills. Required Skills Experience in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, VisualForce, Aura, Lightning, SOQL). Experience integrating Pardot/Marketing Cloud, CTI, SMS, and other 3rd party tools with Salesforce. Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I. Proficiency with Salesforce industry standards and practices. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab). Experience with development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL). Experience working with Salesforce REST APIs. Experience with quality assurance (e.g., Unit tests). Experience with containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Experience with security (e.g., OWASP, OAuth). Experience with performance (e.g., Caching, code optimization). Experience with Cloud Services such as GCP, Azure, or AWS. Nice to Have Relevant Salesforce certifications. Experience in data integration architecture with Salesforce. Experience in event streaming/messaging with Salesforce. Experience with Java, Python, or Selenium.
