Location: Must be in Colombia - Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: Advanced English Non-fixed Term Contract. Experience: 3+ years. Salary: 6.000.000 COP per month (based on experience and requirements). About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with advanced expertise in PPC and Marketing Automation to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on managing high-impact PPC campaigns, with Marketing Automation as a key supporting responsibility. PPC is our top priority, and experience with Apollo is highly valued for Marketing Automation. You will collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Strategists to design, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns and programmatic recruiting marketing efforts that deliver measurable results. Additionally, you will contribute to content marketing strategies, SEO, email, and social media initiatives to support our clients’ overall digital presence. Utilizing our proprietary AI platform, you will help develop and execute data-driven strategies, coordinate content creation, and ensure seamless posting across client websites and social channels. Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (email, drip sequences, lead scoring) across 30+ client accounts. - Manage content creation for blogs, social media, and SEO — integrated within larger automated marketing funnels. - Collaborate with the AI content team to scale campaign assets and streamline content automation. - Use automation software to schedule, monitor, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments. - Deliver insightful monthly reports showing campaign performance, funnel activity, and lead conversion metrics. - Continuously improve client satisfaction, with the goal of earning consistent four- or five-star reviews. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent work experience. - Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing department or agency with hands-on work in marketing automation platforms (Apollo), email workflows, lead nurturing, and integrated campaign execution — in addition to content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media. - Intelligence: Analytical and creative thinker with a knack for building automated systems that drive measurable marketing results. - Responsibility: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and automation campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are consistently met. - Caring: Track record of building strong client relationships. - Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas and strategies. - Tech skills: Proficient in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools, and social media scheduling platforms. - Bonus: Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification).
